I had the honor of being Andile & Motlatsi's Wedding planner. The couple decided on hiring us as their wedding planners to help create a vision of luxury and help manage suppliers, so they wouldn't have to. That's the beauty of hiring a wedding planner: you can relax on your wedding day, and know that there is someone that's taking care of all the big and small detail.
The couple decided on a gold, mint & white wedding colour scheme. Mo, (the bride) surprised all her guests with not one, but two stunning wedding dresses. Can we also just take a minute to talk about the shoes? Her Valentino pumps stole the show. I mean Valentino! No need to say more. "Old is Gold”, and the classic vintage cars Mo and Andile had at their wedding added an extra level of luxury and that old-school Hollywood feeling, and Jacques van Wyk captured it perfectly!
Their stunning wedding cake was created by Trisha from Dirty Peach. We love working with her! She is one of the few Wedding Cake artists that's willing to do anything, oh, and trust us she can! Not only was this cake a masterpiece of gravity-defying structure and exquisite execution of phalaenopsis orchid sugar flowers, (Which means edible) the cake was to die for! Mo, had done several cake tastings at different bakers and Trisha's flavours were a standout! All things wedding supplied us with all the decor elements, and we wouldn't have been able to pull off this wedding without them!
