Veel liever drinken ze een glaasje champagne en genieten ze samen met vrienden en familie van hun trouwdag. Bij Ethereal Events zijn we het daar volledig mee eens!
Net als uw goede fee komen wij langs met een gepersonaliseerde tijdlijn voor uw trouwdag, nemen wij het beheer van de leveranciers over en coördineren uw trouwdag, zodat alles zo soepel mogelijk verloopt.

Dit is onze bruiloft op de dag zelf Coördinatiepakket voor degenen die hun eigen bruiloft plannen, maar iemand op de dag nodig hebben om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt.

Creation of Event Timeline & all schedules required
Setup management and Logistics
Creating/ proposing logistics schedules for all suppliers to ensure all suppliers who are independent are arranged to arrive at apt times to deliver their services
Ensuring all suppliers receive setup schedule and confirm their times and services/products
Taking into consideration the amount of time each task will take and ensuring that there is enough staff to complete the task on time.
Ensuring that all suppliers deliver exactly what service/ product that was contracted by the client

#4 ON THE DAY WEDDING MANAGEMENT & 12 HOURS COORDINATION
Includes set up management, drafting, communicating, and confirming set up a schedule
Managing all suppliers including venue, photo, video, hair and makeup, DJ, and entertainment throughout the day, regarding timing schedules and any changes. For example, if the ceremony starts an hour late, the kitchen needs to be informed, as does the MC, DJ, and photo and video, perhaps we can discuss how we can catch up on the schedule, or in some instances, overtime rates will have to be approved and signed off on

Waarom zou u een bruiloftscoördinator inhuren ?
U denkt misschien dat uw locatie al een coördinator heeft?
Er is echter een verschil tussen een trouwcoördinator en een locatiecoördinator...
Een locatiecoördinator coördineert de locatie; ervoor zorgen dat de locatie schoon is, het personeel weet wat ze moeten doen, de voedselbereidingen en alles wat met de LOCATIE te maken heeft.
Wat doet de Huwelijkscoördinator?
Installatiebeheer en logistiek
Het creëren/voorstellen van logistieke schema's voor alle leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat alle onafhankelijke leveranciers op geschikte tijden arriveren om hun diensten te leveren
Ervoor zorgen dat alle leveranciers het installatieschema ontvangen en hun aankomst- en installatietijden voor hun diensten/producten bevestigen
Rekening houdend met de hoeveelheid tijd die elke taak in beslag zal nemen en ervoor zorgen dat er voldoende personeel is om de taak op tijd te voltooien.
Ervoor zorgen dat alle leveranciers precies de dienst/product leveren die door de klant is gecontracteerd
Ervoor zorgen dat de voorbereiding voor de ceremonie, cocktail en receptie op tijd is voltooid
Op de dagleiding voor de bruiloft
Inclusief het opzetten van beheer, het opstellen, communiceren en bevestigen van het opstellen van een planning
Beheer van alle leveranciers, inclusief locatie, foto, video, haar en make-up, DJ en entertainment gedurende de dag, met betrekking tot tijdschema's en eventuele wijzigingen. Als de ceremonie bijvoorbeeld een uur te laat begint, moet de keuken op de hoogte worden gebracht, evenals de MC, DJ en foto en video, misschien kunnen we bespreken hoe we de planning kunnen inhalen
